"They arrived as quick as possible. I'm sure they came from another job. Becky and Jay and another gal, I'm sorry I don't remember her name (she only came the first day). They were so good to explain to me and help me to understand the importance of what they had to do. Both Becky and Jay came back daily and checked on their equipment (big blowers & dehumidifiers). Sprayed my house so I won't get mold. Explained when the kitchen cabinets were going to be torn out. I had no idea, all of this was going to happen and they were so good to explain and help me step by step through this process. I would highly recommend them. I'm thankful that my insurance called them, obviously they had faith in them as well. I appreciated all they did and I want you to know that both Jay and Becky, were so polite and respectful to me during a difficult time when I was still trying to comprehend that my house had just flooded. Thank you for sending not only great workers, but nice employees that share with the customer what they are going to have to do. That's very valuable, and nice, good people are hart to find. They were very hard workers and I observed them working super well as a team. Kudo's to Jay and Becky! They deserve this praise! Great Job!!"
