This property in Camby, IN had a water loss over 3 days old.  The cause of loss was due to the water supply line to the refrigerator.  The water loss affected the bathroom, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, living room, and pantry.  Our SERVPRO IICRC professional technicians from SERVPRO of Hendricks Countyremoved the affected flooring and drywall along with detaching the baseboards on the affected walls and the toe kicks on the affected cabinets.  Once the drywall was removed it opened up an area necessary to create and provide air movement to the property. Our technicians set 21 Fans and 2 Dehumidifiers to dry this property. Daily monitoring and moisture readings were taken throughout the mitigation process.
