Dixie and I had never experienced a water issue in our home prior to this incident. This was quite the learning experience for the two of us. Our home represents a lifetime of savings and work and we are both very proud of our residence. When the leak happened we had no idea what to expect or how this would be handled. Our two SERVPRO men showed up a week ago Tuesday and James was our lead assisted by David. I wanted to give both these men a big thank you. They walked us through the situation updating us when they arrived and when they left and what to expect the next day. They were both very professional and helped greatly with a very uncomfortable home these past days. We would both recommend your firm to our family and friends.
